FOSTA / SESTA
Both FOSTA and SESTA were introduced as bills to stop sex trafficking. Because sex workers know legislators fail to distinguish adult, consensual sex work from trafficking, they knew these laws would do just that and make sex work more dangerous. As per usual, they were right.
