The International Committee for Sex Workers in Europe (ICRSE) set out to hold an significant event in 2004 that brough European sex workers together. In September 2021, ICRSE changed its name to European Sex Workers’ Rights Alliance (ESWA), which now represents more than 100 organisations in 30 countries across Europe and Central Asia.
